Printing an Account Inquiry

After you have used the Account Inquiry option to inquire about an account, you are given a choice to print account information or EXIT back to the main menu. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The following information will print:

• Account – The account number and name
• Cost Center – The cost center
• Transaction type – The transaction type
• Beginning Balance – The beginning balance
• Debit – The dollar amount debited to the account
• Credit – The dollar amount credited to the account
• Period – The accounting period
• Year – The accounting year
• Ending balance – The ending balance, total debits, and total credits.
